I, undersigned, accept that BIGnavigator.com publishes free of charge some or all the photos (texts) that I have submitted on DD.MM.YYYY, and accept all of the conditions expressed below:

1. I hereby certify that all the photographs (pictures or texts) that I have submitted have been shot by me and that I am their sole copyright owner.
2. I accept that BIGnavigator.com may accept or refuse some or all the photos (pictures or texts) I submitted. I will not have to judge the choice.
3. BIGnavigator.com will not send, sell, lease or lend in any way my photos (pictures or texts) to third parties, unless agreed by me by e-mail. Anyhow, I acknowledge that my photos (pictures or texts) published on BIGnavigator.com are not protected against illegal copying, and that they run the risk of being illegally copied or reproduced. Therefore, I will not hold BIGnavigator.com liable for damages or losses resulting from such unintentional use of my photographs (pictures or texts).
4. I accept that my photos (pictures or texts) can be published on BIGnavigator.com for a minimum period of one year. BIGnavigator.com can remove some or all of my photos (pictures or texts) from its website and will not have to justify the choice. After the initial one year period, I can only ask BIGnavigator.com to remove some or all of my photos (pictures or texts) from its website by requesting with an e-mail sent at the address provided on the contact page.
