The most popular holiday resorts in Turkey
Some of these turkish holiday centers are located on the west coast and some are known as the Turkish Riviera. Many of them are known for nice sandy beaches.
Bodrum - Bodrum town as well as resort Gumbet offers eventful nightlife with numerous bars, taverns, restaurants and discotheques in ou can find gravel beaches in Bodrum and sand in Gumbete. A nice mini-golf playground is on the coastal promenade fringed with palm trees, bars and restaurants in Gumbet. About 10 km from Gumbet is an extensive water park Dedeman.

Marmaris - a pleasant resort with mostly pebble-sand beaches and beautiful coastal and city promenade offers plenty of bars and shops. The town of Marmaris has a beautiful port, fortress and streets with the typical atmosphere of a Turkish bazaar.

Fethyie - beautiful resort that is surrounded by fragrant forests offers beautiful sea and walks into the Taurus mountains. Beaches are mostly gravel.
Oludeniz - this place is not a typical turistic center, because there are no hotels here. There is extremely beautiful beach with white sand, which can be visited by tourists from nearby resorts.
Belek - a luxury resort with hotel complexes and golf links.
Side – a romantic resort with beautiful golden beaches. The advantage of the resort is the huge amount of historical monuments dated from 2nd century BC. Name of the resort Side means pomegranate.
