Family and kids
Our advice is to visit Swiss Children’s Museum in a small city Baden. The next choice for family and children is Winterthur. You can find here amazing art collections, museums, monuments. It is a charming old town with extensive parks and public gardens. You can enjoy music events. We suggest to organize trips to Zurich or to visit nearby castles.
If you are looking for sport activities we recommend to spend your holiday in Klosters. It is well known family resort. You can use services of Children’s Club.

Couple
The wonderful place for romantic couple is deeply blue Thun Lake. You can relax on the banks, organize a picnic or a boat trip. In the surroundings you can admire romantic villages, historic castles and breathtaking mountains and the peaks of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.
The next suggestion is to visit a small medieval town Porrentruy. The romantic evenings in the Porrentruy’s old town will enchanting you. There is an impressive castle, town hall, fountains and beautiful houses.
Our next tip is Alpamare in Pfäffikon. Alpamare has four different baths: The Wave Bath, the Alpa-Therme, the Rio Mare, and the Iodine Brine Bath. The advantage of the park is wide choice of baths and slides for all age open 365 days a year.

Group
If you want to spend a nice time together, we propose to use the popular boat trip. You can enjoy the waterway in Switzerland on the connected lakes Neuchâtel, Bienne/Biel, and Murten. This waterway includes the canals of La Broye and La Thielle. We suggest to visit Zurich (cruises on the river Limmat), Solothurn (the river Aare). The boating cruises are posibble also on other lakes (for example Lake Lucerne, Lake Morat, Lake Constance, Lake Geneva or Lake Maggiore).

Seniors
We suggest to try wonderful riverboat cruises. Many of them begin in Basel (Switzerland). You can see highlits on the river Rhine. We suggest to choose cruises including also nearby countries (France, Germany, The Netherlands). The advantage of the river cruises is the relax and leisure for admiring the country's beautiful scenery, the peaks, cities and historical sightseeings.

Single
One of the most known regions is Zurich region. We suggest to visit city Zurich and afterwards to relax in Baden. Resort Baden has a known mineral-rich thermal spring water. Enjoy spa and historical sights as well as museums

Biker
Switzerland has a good conditions for bikers. You can even use free bikes in some cities. For exemple Zurich offers bikes and skates free of charge. On the other hand you can enjoy mountain biking. The famous and well known place for mountain bikers is Verbier.

Skier
Winter sport acctivitie in Switzerland are very popular. There are famous ski resorts. You can enjoy cross-country skiing, down-hill skiing, snowboarding, ski gliding. Skiers are provided wide choice of facilities like chair lifts, cable cars and sports equipments.

Adventurer
Our advice is to spend some days in Davos and St Moritz. The great place for the adventure and winter sports (skiing and snowboarding). Davos is the largest resort in the Alps for mountain adventure holidays. The good conditions for hiking and adventure tours are also in Obersaxen. The advantage is the wide choice of market routes.

Explorer
The fantastistic trekking routes are in mountains in Chamoix region. The Swiis Alps are also challenging for hiking, mountaineering and skydiving. Do not miss the spectacular view to Mount Blanc from Grand Balcon.

Outdoor traveler
The best starting point is Langnau in Emmental. You can choose what you want. Do you prefer cycling, horse riding, walking, canyoning, or an old Swiis sport activity Plauschhornussen? The nice area for walking and outdoor activities. The second top tip is Schwarzenburg. The area around Schwarzenburg offers marked hiking trails, beautiful hills, mountain landscapes, unique canyons. Great opportunity to try cycling, walking and mountaineering.
