Barcelona
Sagrada Familia - one of the most beautiful cathedrals in the world. It is the masterpiece of architect Gaudi. You can admire also other Gaudi´s buildings as Casa Milá and Casa Battló. Nice experience is to relax in Parc Güell.
La Rambla - it is a must see attraction - a pedestrian walkway in the most typical street of Barcelona. La Rambla is located in the historical neighbourhoods of Raval and the Gothic Quarter. You can explore the lively and colourful place, with its human street statues and market stalls. La Rambla ends as the Rambla de Mar or Rambla of the Sea. We suggest to visit the Maremàgnum.
The Columbus monument - The Christoffel Columbus Monument was built in 1888 in honor of the renowned explorer and discoverer of America. The monument is 60 m high. The 7 m statue of Columbus was created by Rafael Atche.
The Montjuic Castle - located on the hill near the centre of Barcelona. You can admire a beautiful panorama view. The Montjuic hill is a place where are several attractions. We can note some of them: the National Palace (Palau Nacional), the Magic Fountain (the Font Màgica).
Casa Milà, locally known as La Pedrera is the largest civil building designed by Antoni Gaudi. It is the totally unconventional apartment building built in the beginning of the 20th century.
Guëll Park - is one of the world's most interesting parks. The pavilions and main staircase are designed by Antoni Gaudí. Parc Guëll was declared a world heritage site by UNESCO in 1984.
The Arc de Triomf - is a triumphal arch built with colorful brickwork designed by the architect Josep Vilaseca. The arc is located at the Park de la Ciutadella. We suggest to see also the Cascada, a triumphal arch with waterfall and fountain located at the northern corner of the park.
Museum of Natural History in the Ciutadella Park is a good choice if you are visiting Barcelona with your kids.
