Weather and when to go

Besides having the Gulf Stream, it would be much cooler climate in Norway.

Ocean climate affects mainly coastal areas. Typical summer is quite and pleasant, in the east also warm and winter is mild and wet, much cooler in the east part of the country. Moving to the north the  winter is longer and colder.

In Oslo, the long term, average temperature of the air held to minus 4.5 degrees Celsius in January to plus 17 degrees Celsius the in July. Annual rainfall in the capital reached 740 mm which is only a fraction when compared to the west coast with annual rainfall from 1900 to 2000 mm.

Norway is a country that attracts tourists with its natural beauty. Every year many tourists admires the beautiful Norwegian fjords. Adventurous travels beside the Arctic Circle to see the midnight sun. Because the climate here is mitigated by the Gulf Stream, tourists come here throughout the year. Our recommendation is from May to October.
