Family and kids
One of the best places for families and children is Budva. If you prefer smaller towns, choose Ulcinj. Both towns are beuatiful places for summer vacation and relax. Sandy beaches are ideal for families woth small kids. The sea around Ulcinj has a shallow bottom. You can spend nice evenings walking in historical centres. The trips to nature are possible from both resorts. You can organize tours to national parks.

Exclusive holiday can be spent in Sveti Stefan. Unforgetable memories from this scenic and quaint resort are guaranted.

Group
Montenegro is a small country near Italy. Our suggestion is to spend a nice time in city Perast. The architecture is similar as in Venice. You can admire beautiful baroque churches and historical buildings as well as harbour. Perast is a good starting point for trips to nature.

Seniors
Town Podgorica formerly known as Titograd is tempting not only in summer, but also in spring and autumn. You can admire an old clock tower, historical sights and a new architecture. Our proposal is to make a trip to the ruins of Doclea, located only a few kilometres from the city.

Have you heard about tango holiday? In Montenegro you can spend your holiday in beautiful coastal area, visit amazing cities Perast and Kotor and take tango course in town Herceg Novi. The city is popular also thanks to sunny beaches along the sea-front promenade.

Biker
Montenegro has nice coastal trails for bikers. Nice biking routes can be organized around town Kotor. There are beautiful panoramatic views to the local bay of Adriatic Sea. The advantage of biking tours is relax on beaches or on the banks of beautiful lakes. For fans of the mountain biking we suggest well marked trails by the Lovcen National Park. Mountain bikers also like sought-after trails in Orjen National Park.

Skier
Montenegro has also popular ski resorts. The main activities in these winter resorts are downhill and cross-country skiing. Our tips are Kolasin and Zabljak. In Zabljak you can enjoy ski-trails Savin Kuk, Stuoc and Javorovaca. Kolasin as well as Bjelasica and Trebaljevo offer good snowy conditions 4 months from December till end of April.

Adventurer
Our advice is to visit Biogradska Gora National Park. It is the great adventure to explore an untouched forest. There are wonderful mountain slopes, glacial lakes and breathtaking sceneries.

Explorer
One of the best starting points is capital city Podgoric. The advantage is the wide choice of trips to the attractions of Montenegro. The most popular tourist areas in Montenegro the Dumitor Range, the Tara Canyon, Lake Skodrai and the seaside are very close to Podgorica. If you prefer to explore Boka Kotorska Bay, we suggest to look for accommodation in Herceg Novi on Lustica Peninsula.

Outdoor traveler
Prokletije Mountains, Durmitor National Park or Tara River Canyon. You can choose all of them, the nature is fascinating. Amazing waterfalls, gorges, slopes and rocks banked by black pines are everywere. Trekking, hiking, climbing, walking and rafting adventure is waiting for you. You can try rafting along 100km of the most beautiful part of the river Tara. The popular departure points are Splaviste, Radovan Luka and Brstanovica.
