Family and kids
Our advice is to visit the performance of the old drum dance. The musical and theatrical life of Inuits is based on myths and sagas. It is an unique experience. If you are courageous, you can go on a musk ox safari or you can enjoy a whale watching trip. The recomended plarces for family trip is Nuuk or Aasiaat. You can admire humpback whales especially during the summer months. Aasiaat is also a good place for bird watching. The nearby archipelago is known as the land of a thousand islands.

Couple
Our suggestion is to visit Ilulissat Icefjord, the glacier Sermeq Kujalleq. This glacier is really very attractive as is one of the fastest glaciers in the world. Then we recommend to move to Nuuk. The best time to see the Northern lights is in the period from September to the beginning of April.

Group
There is fantastic way how to explore the Greenland in a very interesting way and to spend some days with other people from your group. We suggest to use services of the cruise voyages. You can explore some ports of calls in Greenland. The well known cruises are organized from USA, Canada, Denmark, The Netherlands, Germany and Iceland.

Seniors
The good choice is to visit Greenland in a very comfortable way - roundtrip sailing. The main gateway to Greenland is Kangerlussuaq, the starting point of the unmatched adventure. You can enjoy the cruising of coastal waters admiring icebergs and glaciers, Arctic animals and Inuit settlements.

Single
If you are singlee, you can try to see outsized fjord. No matter if you are alone. Scoresby Sund is the largest fjord in the world. The marvel of nature will be in front of you. You will see the huge icebergs, spectacular mountains and tundra. It is amazing place.

Biker
The interestingl route is near Kangerlussuaq. We suggest to rent a mountain bike. The second place for mountain bikers is Narsarsuaq. The rerain is quite easy as the mountains surrounding Narsarsuaq are only 500 m high.

Skier
Skiing in Greenland is not well known as skiing on glaciers in Europe, but there are quite good possibilities for classic cross-country skiing near Nuuk. If you prefer the extreme forms of skiing, we suggest areas around Uummannaq.

Adventurer
Our advice is to try hiking and kayaking. The amazing glaciers are practicaly everywhere.
Greenland is a fantasic place for whale-watching tours. Our recommended starting point is the little settlement Qaarsut. The wide chioce of species is unbelievable. You can watch the blue whale, the fin whale, Humpback whale, minke whale, beluga white whale and many others. In the same time you can see also seals.

Explorer
We recommend a rock climbing in Northeast Greenland National Park, the largest national park in the world. This protected park is located in the northeastern part of Greenland. It is a home of polar bears, walruses, reindeer, wolves and many bird species.
Do not miss to explore also Mikis Fjord, bounded by cliffs and Nansen Fjord, with beautifully sculpted icebergs. You can see the highest peak in Greenland and the highest mountain north of the Arctic Circle - Gunnbjorn Fjeld.

Outdoor traveler
Our recommendation is to visit Uummannaq. It is a small city with several attractions. It is a great challenge for skilled hikers to climb the uummannaq mountain with the height of 1170m. Greenland is a very popular hiking country for people who love the great and extreme outdoors.

Sportsman
You can walk to the fringe of the ice. This unique adventure on the ice sheet means an extreme experience for sportsman. You can be sure your physical fitness and stamina will be fully tested.
We can suggest also very popular dog sledding (as a passenger), skiing and kayaking. Sea kayaking in Greenland requires a lot of experience. Be aware of the very cold water.
