Family and kids
Our advice is to visit Crete or Chalkidiki, sandy beaches and relax. If you prefer water parks, our hint is to visit Crete or Rhodes (Rodos). The parks on these islands are really beautiful and you can spend there a nice family day. Do not miss to visit historical sights of ancient Greece (Knossos - Crete, Lindos, Acropolis - Rhodes).

Group
Visit Athens, museums and vicinity of the capital. Then visit Meteora (monasteries), Olympia and afterwards take a rest on selected baeach awarded with Blue flag.

Seniors
The good choice is to visit smaller islands in spring or in autumn beacuse of the temperature. We can suggest Samos or Thasos, green Greek islands.

Single
Besides the historical places in Athens we suggest to visit Thessaloniki, Corinth Canal and Olympia. You will not be alone.

Biker
The good choice for bikers is to visit the island Korfu (Corfu). Roads and routes are ideal for mountain bikers. You can explore the whole island from the north to the south and you can see beaches around the island. You can rent a bike in seaside resorts.

Skier
Greece is not a typical country for skiing.

Adventurer
Our advice is to try diving, hiking, kayaking and rafting.
You can attend the diving clubs. The best places to dive is arroound Korfu, Crete and Rhodes.
The hiking paths are nice on Crete. We recommend to visit Samaria National Park, the gorge of Samaria. It is a nice adventure trip. Take good shoes.

Explorer
We recommend a to explore Santorini and Nisyros. The both island are very interesting. Both have a volcano origin. On Nisyros you can admire a real caldera. Be aware of hard conditions on this place. Ask for details in case of health problems.

Outdoor traveler
1) Samaria National Park - unique flora and fauna, the gorge of Samaria
2) Kalymnos mountains - the highest is Prophetes Helias ( 676 m ). Most of the mountains on Kalymnos are ideal for climbing.

Sportsman
You can do practically everything in Greece. The best conditions are for swimming, biking, scuba diving, hiking, kayaking and boating. The extraordinary is also sailing and windsurfing. If you like trekking, we suggest to try trekking along the South-West coast of Crete from Loutra, Paleochora to Elafonnisi.

Meteora

Meteora - Byzantine monasteries on the rocks Pindhos in northern Greece. Altogether there are 24 round rocky peaks of gray rock. In 9th century, these rocks were settled by hermits in the 14th by monks who built the 24 monasteries. Today only 5 of them are in the service.

Matala - the place known thanks to the members of the Hippie movement in Crete

Excavations buried under lava, frescoes, volcanic island is connected with Atlantis legend. Must see Fira and Oia. Unbelievable sun sets.
