  Brandenburg Gate - the well known landmark. The monumental gate was designed by Carl Gotthard Langhans as the gateway to the Acropolis in Athens. The Brandenburger Gate was locatedt at the border between East and West Berlin, just inside the Russian sector.

  Reichstag building - home to the German parliament. Reichstag is a large parliamentary building in Berlin in neo-renaissance style, 137 m long and 97 m wide. The building is known also thanks to the picture of a Red Army Soldier raising the Soviet flag on the Reichstag. The renovation of the building was completed in 1999. A glass dome over the plenary hall was added to Reichstag. We suggest tu use the elevator to the building's roof and enjoy a spiral walkway.

  Berliner Dom Cathedral - originally a baroque cathedral was remodeled into a classicist building. The new design was prepared by the architect Karl Friedrich Schinkel.

  Berlin Wall (1961 - 1989) - now you can see only ruins of the wall. U.S. president ordered three checkpoints at different points in the wall. Checkpoint Charlie became the most famous. Nowadays there is a line of bricks shows the path where the Berlin Wall once stood. Not to forget the hard time you can visit a replica of the Checkpoint Charlie booth and sign at the original site. The original booth is in the Allied Museum in Zehlendorf.

  Television Tower (Fernsehturm) - Elevators at the base of the tower bring visitors to the viewing platform. You can have 360 degree view of Berlin from a height of about 203 meter. The tower itself is 365 m high.

  Gendarmenmarkt - is worth to visit as this square is considered to be one of the most beautiful square in Europe. The advantage of the square is the possibility to see well known Berlin´s landmark buildings: the Französischer Dom, Deutscher Dom and the Konzerthaus. In the center of the square you can admire a statue of Friedrich Schiller (a German poet). Konzerthaus (Concert Hall) was built in 1821 by the architect Karl-Friedrich Schinkel. The Französischer Dom (French Cathedral) and Deutscher Dom (Getman Cathedral) are two very similar churches standing on the same square. In French Cathedral you can visit a Huguenot museum and in German Cathedral you can visit museum of German history.

  Berlin ZOO - is one of the largest zoological parks in the world has two entrances, the Lion Gate at the Hardenbergerplatz and the Elephant Gate at the Budapester Strasse.

  Potsdam Square

  Pergamon Museum - located on Museum Island in Berlin. The Pergamon Museum contains three main sections: the Antiquity Collection, the Islamic Art Museum, and The Near East Museum. The Department of Greek and Roman Antiquities is the most famous thanks to the Pergamon Altar (180-160 B.C.). The main attraction of the Near East Museum is the Ishtar Gate of Babylon.

  Egyptian Museum (there is a rare statue of Nefretiti)

  Holocaust Memorial - The Holocaust Memorial (The Monument to the Murdered Jews in Europe) is opened all the time.

  Rotes Rathaus - is a building built from red bricks. Now it is the official city hall for the reunified Berlin. In front of the Red City Hall is a large fountain known as the Neptunbrunnen (Neptune Fountain).
