Family and kids
Our advice is to visit Rovaniemi and to find Santa Claus in Lapland. The children will love being greeted on route to the resort by a reindeer sleigh ride. You can visit Elf school, to make a snowman or to relax and taste gingerbread cookies.
The next tip is to visit Vaasa. There is a great place for fun in the Amusement Park Wasalandia (open only in June, July and August), Waterpark Tropiclandia and a very nice camping facility Top camping near Vaasa. The good choice is also Serena water park in Lahnus near Helsinki.

Couple
If you want to enjoy the adventure in Finland, we suggest to cross the Arctic Circle and visit Harriniva. You can visit reindeer fam, see husky safari and see traditional snow villages in Lapland.

Group
We suggest to start in Helsinki. You can visit museums and parks. Then we suggest to try sauna in Finnish forrest.

Seniors
Our advice is to take advantage of the warmest weather during the summer as these days attract the most senior travelers. Winter is rather unconvenient for seniors. We suggest to enjoy the enchanting experience and to see auroras In Kilpisjärvi and Utsjoki.

Single
After visiting Helsinki we suggest to make a trip to castles in Finland. The best of them are: Turku Castle, Häme Castle and Olavinlinna Castle. If you are alone and you would like to be alone also during your holiday, what about the fishing? Finland has still clean water, therefore fishing trip operators can be found in every town. Before your trip take care about fishing rights and fishing permits.

Biker
There are wonderful cycling paths in and around the cities. It is a pleasure to admire a unique nature, but we suggest to ride a bike in warm summer.

Skier
As Finland is a northern country, there are many ski resorts. We propose mainly following: Levi, Kalpalinna, Loma - Kolin Rinteet, Luosto, Pyhä, Ruka, Sappee Ski Centre. Of course there are many others.

Adventurer
We propose to try canoe and kayak. There are terrific rivers, lakes, canals and channels. You can choose from various types of trips. Our picks are Sea kayaking tours in Archipelago National Park, Ekenäs National Park and Linnansari National Park.

Explorer
A large part of the Finland is covered by forest. We suggest the best-known hiking trails in Pallas-Ounastunturi National Park. But there are also good possibilities for rafting in Lapland.

Outdoor traveler
1) Horse riding
2) Mounting biking - our pick is the King's Road route between Helsinki and Turku.
3) Wildlifewatching in Lapland. We recommend a guided tour.

Sportsman
There are fantastic winter activities in Finland.
1) Fishing
2) Hunting
3) Husky safari in Rovaniemi
4) Hiking - the favourite hiking areas: Evo, Hossa, Inari, Ruunaa, Arctic Circle, Teijo.
5) Skiing
6) Snowboarding
7) Skating across the ice covered lake Kallavesi
8) Snowmobile safari (fun)
9) Reindeer safari
During the summer we suggest birdwatching, boating, fishing, nordic walking and many others. The Finnish nature is amazing.
