Belgium is a country which knows no winter cold but also not hot summers. Months are the most beautiful from spring to autumn. The average temperature is lowest in January at  3 °C  and highest in July at 18 °C. These high temperatures are more or less influenced by precipitations. Average rainfall (precipitation) per month varies between 54 millimetres in February or April, to 78 mm in July. There is often rainy and cloudly.
